Light Haul

Local smaller loads with declared cargo value up to $3,000. Intended for pickups, vans and smaller trailer setups. This class does not waive Georgia for-hire insurance requirements.

Commercial Haul

Higher-value cargo, motor vehicles, machinery, heavier truck/trailer combinations, or loads requiring commercial-level equipment/credentials.

Georgia compliance: Load That Wagon will verify the driver's operating class, vehicle/combination weight, cargo type and required motor-carrier credentials before activation. A $3,000 load value by itself does not create a personal-auto-insurance exemption.

Document integrity & driving-record authorization

Fraudulent documents: All licenses, insurance records, registrations, tax forms, certificates, and other documents submitted to Load That Wagon must be authentic, current, accurate, and belong to the applicant where applicable. Altered, forged, stolen, falsified, misleading, or fraudulently obtained documents may result in immediate rejection or suspension/termination of driver access, withholding of approval while the matter is reviewed, and referral to the appropriate insurer, regulator, or law-enforcement authority when warranted.

Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) authorization: I authorize Load That Wagon and its authorized screening providers, subject to applicable law and any required notices/consents, to obtain and review my motor vehicle record during onboarding and periodically while I remain eligible to drive on the Load That Wagon platform. I understand that changes to my license status or driving record may affect my eligibility to receive loads. * I certify that the documents and information I submit are genuine and have not been altered, falsified, or misrepresented. I understand that fraudulent documentation can result in denial or loss of access to the Load That Wagon platform. * Insurance & equipment responsibility: I certify that the driver, vehicle, trailer, registration, insurance policy, cargo coverage, and other documents I provide match the equipment I will actually use for Load That Wagon loads. I understand that I am responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for losses, damages, claims, costs, or expenses arising from false, expired, inaccurate, altered, or mismatched information, or from using a driver, vehicle, or trailer that is not properly covered by the insurance information I provided. I will only use vehicles and trailers that are registered and approved in my Load That Wagon profile unless Load That Wagon approves a change before the load. * Interstate load responsibility: If I accept a Load That Wagon load that crosses a state line, I am responsible for confirming before pickup that my driver qualifications, vehicle and trailer, insurance coverage, operating authority, permits, registrations, and any other credentials required for that specific interstate load are current and legally sufficient. I will not begin an interstate load unless all applicable requirements are satisfied. *

The live platform should use a compliant screening process and provide any disclosures, authorizations, notices, and dispute rights required by applicable law before using a consumer report or MVR to make an eligibility decision.
